Mark Fletcher Marine is the convicted killer of Private Leroy Dulaney. Leroy disappeared from his post suddenly in Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

Private Leroy Dulaney went missing in 1979. In the beginning, the entire officers suspected that Dulaney was missing somewhere. However, eventually, it was claimed that he was murdered by someone. 

A docuseries has been released portraying the story of Private Dulaney. The story unfolds as Dulaney’s mother named Carol Dulaney began investigating her son’s disappearance and writes a letter to Jimmy Carter and requests him to help her in finding out what happened to her son. 

There are altogether three episodes of the docuseries streaming on Hulu. The first episode of the series shows how Carol’s son disappears from the Camp while episode two presents the search for Dulaney. Moreover, a little boy discovers a hand sticking from a shallow grave in the woods which creates much fear in Carol.

The final episode of the series involves Mark Fletcher bragging that he has assassinated eight people altogether. The docu-series is a Hulu original.

The killer of Private Leroy Dulaney, Mark Fletcher was twenty years old when he was sentenced in Onslow County Superior Court after he was convicted of second-degree murder. 

He was sentenced to life in prison after he quoted that his goal in life was to kill a dozen of people. Therefore, he is suspected to be inside the prison as of now. Mark Fletcher was a fellow marine stationed at Carolina’s Camp Lejeune.

According to the case text of the crime, there was enough evidence for the members of the jury to claim that Private Leroy Dulaney passed away as a result of second-degree murder.
